We are MetaforePartners, a bespoke business advisory firm

Our business is about helping clients align the behaviour of their people with their strategy in order to deliver dramatic changes in business performance.

We work in 3 main areas:

• Brand: aligning behaviour with brand
• Performance management: creating a high performance culture
• Systems and process change: exploiting the change to realise value.

We are 3 partners who bring a strong, commercial perspective to strategic change. We have worked in this field for over 20 years, are chartered accountants and were previously partners together in PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In the last year we have advised, amongst others, a major UK retailer, a global engineering company, a global electronics company and an international bank.
